Mother's Day

By entering the Mother’s Day Flower Subscription Competition 2020 (‘Competition’), competition entrants (‘Entrants’) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Failure to abide by these terms and conditions may render an Entrant ineligible for the Competition.

1. Entrants must submit their answer and personal details via the LIFE app entry system (‘Entry Form). Any entry or supporting materials received via any other method will not be considered a valid submission.

2. To be eligible for the Competition, Entrants must complete the Entry Form by the close of entry date: 11:59pm AET, Sunday 10 May 2020. Any illegible or incomplete forms will not be accepted. Limit one entry per person.

3. All Entrants must currently reside in Australia and be over the age of 18 years.

4. The Competition judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into following.

5. All personal information collected from an Entrants, such as name, address, telephone number and email address, will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Competition. By providing this information, you consent to it being used by LIFE for the stated purpose.

6. The prize will be a monthly flower subscription with Daily Blooms (The Ray Family Trust as Daily Blooms Pty Ltd ABN 57 627 717 811). Daily Blooms will deliver one flower bouquet to the winner’s address (as provided in the entry form), on a monthly basis from 1 June 2020 up until 1 May 2021 valued up to $420. Flower bouquet delivery dates, prices, arrangements, sizes and styles will be chosen at LIFE’s sole discretion.

7. LIFE reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website.

8. Employees of ‘LIFE’ (Australia Life Centre Inc) and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.

9. The chosen winner must reside within Daisy Blooms’ Melbourne delivery areas, as follows:
